Brewed and fermented using 100% Black Smoky Lapsang GFOP Organic Tea which has been produced in the North of the Fujian Province. The Fujian Province is well known as the production capital for Chinese smoked teas. That's why it's perfect for our Bonfire Kombucha.
Second fermented with locally grown Granny Smith Toffee Apples, this Kombucha brings together all the smells and flavours reminiscent of November 5th. A beautiful earthy ferment, that is smoky on the nose and has a sweet whisky peat on the palate.
