In our Plant based cheese, ferments and wine pairing you'll enjoy tasting the perfect combo of cheese, ferments and wine, learning about the plant based cheese and fermentation processes with some festive cheer along the way!
Your evening will be hosted by Amy and Sam the co-founders of The Fermentation Station, we will explain the pairings with tasting notes on the wine, cheese and ferments, going through how they complement each other and play some Christmas games all the while listening to some Christmas party classics!
A Fermentation Station workshop will also give you an introduction to zero waste principles, the food waste loop and how to use these in fermentation at home.
Please wear your Christmas party best or whatever you feel comfortable in.
All workshops will adhere to current COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing will be in place.
