Our 'Not A Lot of Milk' Kombucha is a Ginger Nut Roobios Kombucha in honour of Nan's favourite biscuit. We couldn't be happier with how this ferment turned out, especially in her memory. It's sharp and spicy, whilst adding a mellow sweetness, it's unlike any ferment we've made before. It's a blend of malty Rooibos warming ginger and a hint of spice.
Brewed with Rooibos Tea, which is caffeine free and promotes heart health.
