Raspberry and Basil Kombucha Spritz

As we approach the 1st January, I wanted to share with you a quick kombucha mocktail recipe perfect as a dry January alternative with a gut health twist!

As this magical time of year slowly comes to an end, many of you like myself, may be feeling rather bloated and a little sluggish. If you’re thinking of making any changes to your diet in 2025, why not give fermented food and drinks ago!

This mocktail is not only alcohol free and so delicious. It’s all packed full of good bacteria to get your gut microbiome thriving again! 

Raspberry and Basil Kombucha Spritz
Makes 4

Ingredients:
- 24 raspberries
- Fresh basil 
- Ice cubes 
- 750ml Royal Rose Kombucha

Method:

  1. Add 4 raspberries and basil to glass and crush with a muddler or back of a spoon. 
  2. Add 2 handfuls of ice into the glass.
  3. Top up with Rose Royal Kombucha and stir.
  4. Garnish with 2 more while raspberries and a sprig of basil. 
  5. Enjoy!
