Postage & Collection

Our ferments are shipped once a week using DHL Next Day tracking service. We have worked alongside DHL to provide the most efficient and customer focused delivery we can offer. With our aim to be as sustainable as possible and create as little impact on the environmental world, we only ship once a week. Place your order before 9am on a Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. However, if there is any delay to this, we will be in touch.

We appreciate that our postage costs are a little high at £8 national shipping. Unfortunately, our hands have been tied on this price, due to shipping overnight, shipping glass and food, delivery partners charge highly for this type of courier service. As a business we are charged more than we pass on to our customers, we are trying our best as a small business to bring you the best level of service at a price that is comparable with other fermentation businesses.

Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship within the United Kingdom. We can ship to all four nations of the United Kingdom however shipping costs will vary depending upon location. We offer a local and national delivery option, and a Liverpool pick-up location. All packages will be shipped Wednesday of each week for delivery on a Thursday.

If you only order Merch, we ship this within 48 hours of purchase. These will be sent using Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked Service, and the tracking number will be sent with your fulfilment information. If your Merch is bought alongside ferments these will be shipped using the information above.

We are currently working from two pick-up locations. Our Neston pick-up option is only available Wednesday between 10am-4pm. Our Liverpool pick-up option is only available weekday evenings after 7pm.  Please add a contact email or telephone number to your order and we will contact you with details of when your order is ready for collection.

Your products will be well packaged however in their time out of the fridge, travelling from us to you, they can get a little lively as fermentation kicks in again. This is perfectly normal, however we suggest giving your ferments a rinse if they've leaked and putting them back in the fridge as soon as possible.
