It wouldn't be Christmas without our own Pickled Onions. The quintessential cheese board companion, and some even love them alongside their Turkey on their Christmas Dinner. 

Using our very own Original Kombucha Vinegar, these little baby onions have been pickling for six weeks with essential pickling spices. They're mellow whilst giving you that trademark pickled onion sharpness. These are Fermentation Station original interpretation on a classic, you won't want to miss. 

Ingredients:

Kombucha Pickled Onions: bBaby onions, malt vinegar [barley], kombucha vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, by leaves, black peppercorns.

Kimchi Mustard is an interesting and exciting product to come from The Fermentation Station. We were thrilled when we managed to perfect this delicious recipe to create a Mustard that is fiery, moreish, and funky. Using the waste juice from our Kimchi!

It's the perfect probiotic warmer on those hearty dishes or to top a sandwich. Mix with your mash, pop a dollop on the side of your roast or combine with your cauliflower cheese sauce.

Like all our products our Fermented Mustard is alive and is packed with probiotic properties.

Ingredients: kimchi brine, gochujang paste [wheat, soya, barley], carrot juice, apple cider vinegar, brown mustard seeds, yellow mustard seeds, mustard powder, salt. (Allergens in Bold).

Using the traditional methods of a Sauerkraut we worked with locally grown organic Beetroot and fiery Red Chilli's to create this sweet earthy Kraut which packs a little heat. This ferment has an earthy sweetness followed by that lovely tingle of heat, great topping stews and stuffing into your fav toasties. Following lactic acid fermentation means that this product is packed with fantastic probiotic benefits, whilst also being simply delicious.

Are you a pickle person? We sure are!

What are bread and butter pickles? You might ask. Named such due to their popularity during the Great American Depression when families couldn't afford much on their tables and made do with Bread, Butter and Big Bowl of Pickles.

Our pickles pack a punch, using distilled vinegar for extra sharpness, added crunch and a unrivalled juiciness. Using mustard seeds, coriander seeds, a little chilli heat and golden turmeric, these little golden discs deserve their place in history. 

Ingredients: cucumber, onion, sugar, white vinegar, salt, yellow mustard seeds, turmeric, chilli flakes, active lactic acid cultures. (Allergens in Bold).
