Fermented Mustard is an interesting and exciting product to come from The Fermentation Station. We were thrilled when we managed to perfect this delicious recipe to create a Mustard that is fiery, moreish, and funky. Using the waste juice from our Traditional Sauerkraut, as well as a waste product from wine production Verjus (Verjuice).
It's the perfect probiotic warmer on those hearty dishes or to top a sandwich. Mix with your mash, pop a dollop on the side of your roast or combine with your cauliflower cheese sauce.
