Our new seasonal Kimchi is a twist on a classic British dish, the roast dinner. This is one we've been working on for a while and we absolutely love the fusion between British & Korean cultures and the balance of flavours it delivers. Packed full of seasonal veg that you'd happily find on your roast dinner plate throughout Winter and combined with a Wasabi kick. This Kimchi emulates those comforting, sweet and nutty, root vegetable flavours with the warmth of a side of horseradish on your roast dinner plate.
