Kimchi- Nappa cabbage, daikon, carrots, salt, onion, gochujang paste (wheat, barley, soybean), garlic, ginger, seaweed, active lactic acid cultures

Farmhouse Mature- Cashew nuts, culture, salt, lemon juice, miso (soy beans, brown rice, salt, water), nutritional yeast, turmeric. 

Our Cultured Cashew Cheese is fermented for 10 days to mature the cheeses giving them a really cheesy flavour. This flavour contains cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and turmeric, topped with chipotle chilli flakes for that extra kick!

Smoked Chilli

Farmhouse Mature: This is our strongest tasting cheese yet! This is for all you cheese lovers missing out on your mature cheddar fix. Soft in the middle but with that classic mature taste we all miss!

Tangy Blue: This sharp and tangy cheese with blue spirulina veins is the perfect blue cheese for those who aren’t 100% sure if they like blue cheese. It’s much milder than traditional blue cheese but very still very tangy and delicious and it also looks amazing on a cheese board!
