Mostarda? What's Mostarda? Certainly not a ferment that's well known nor one you may have expected from The Fermentation Station this Christmas, but one we couldn't wait to experiment with. Originally from Northern Italy, the condiment is the perfect sweet and spicy pairing for any cheese or charcuterie board this season. 

Made using an original Fermentation Station fermented wholegrain mustard and blended with delicious fresh and dried fruit. The spiciness of the mustard, the sweetness of the fruit, and the acid from the syrup, combine to produce a unique flavour profile. You aren't going to want to miss this seasonal limited edition Ferment.
