In our two hour Kombucha Making Workshop you'll learn how to make this widely loved Ancient Chinese drink for yourself, making the fermenting process fun and feel familiar to you.

Your workshop will begin with the fundamentals of fermentation, giving you insight into the rich cultural history of kombucha, how kombucha is made and leaving with the tools to recreate this delicious ferment many times over at home. 

A Fermentation Station workshop will also give you an introduction to zero waste principles, the food waste loop and how to use these in fermentation

Each guest will have a space on a table, tools and ingredients all needed for the preparation of making kombucha. You will take away your own custom made Kombucha with the knowledge and skills to ferment at home. 

Please wear T-shirt or short sleeved shirt so as not to get food on your clothes. Aprons will be provided.

  • Tasters of Kombucha
  • All the tools needed to make your custom Kombucha to take away, including SCOBY
